Review Request ও 5-Star Rating পাওয়ার ভদ্র উপায়
Review freelancer-এর credibility বাড়ায়, কিন্তু review চাওয়ারও rule আছে। Client-কে 5-star দিতে pressure করা, bribe করা, বা specific feedback demand করা risky এবং unprofessional। Smart way হলো honest feedback politely ask করা, আর আগে client satisfaction নিশ্চিত করা।
Review Request-এর Mindset
Review চাইবেন gratitude দিয়ে, demand দিয়ে না। Client happy হলে সে review দিতে পারে, কিন্তু তাকে বাধ্য করা যায় না। Upwork-এ official guidance হলো honest feedback politely ask করা; Fiverr-এ feedback manipulation policy আছে। তাই wording careful রাখুন।
Rafi’s Note
“Give me 5 star” বললে client uncomfortable feel করতে পারে। বলুন: “If you’re happy with the work, honest feedback would mean a lot.” এতে dignity থাকে।
Before Asking Review
- Final delivery ঠিকভাবে হয়েছে কি না confirm করুন।
- Client-এর revision দরকার কি না জিজ্ঞেস করুন।
- Client satisfied হলে review request করুন।
- Specific rating demand করবেন না।
Bad Review Request
Please give me 5 stars. I need it for my profile.
এটা client-centric না। এটা আপনার need নিয়ে, client-এর experience নিয়ে না।
Better Review Request
I’m glad we could complete this properly. If you’re happy with the final work, honest feedback would mean a lot to me and help me improve my service. And if anything still needs adjusting, please let me know first.
5-Star Quality Line
আপনি 5-star demand করবেন না, কিন্তু quality standard communicate করতে পারেন।
I always aim to deliver work you feel comfortable rating highly. If anything is not quite right, I’d be happy to review it before we close the project.
Fiverr/Upwork Safety Note
Fake reviews, paid feedback, reciprocal review deals, bribing, pressuring, or threatening client for feedback avoid করুন। Honest feedback চাইবেন, specific rating force করবেন না।
Bangla/Banglish Script
আপনি যদি final work নিয়ে happy থাকেন, honest feedback দিলে আমার জন্য অনেক helpful হবে। আর কোনো adjustment লাগলে review দেওয়ার আগে আমাকে জানাবেন, আমি দেখে দিবো।
Timing
- Delivery-এর সাথে সাথে aggressive review request নয়।
- Client review করে satisfied বললে request করুন।
- যদি revision pending থাকে, আগে revision complete করুন।
Action Task
আপনার review request script rewrite করুন। “5-star দিন” বাদ দিয়ে “honest feedback” এবং “anything to adjust” wording যোগ করুন।
