AI Message Review Checklist

AI message helpful, কিন্তু direct paste করলে অনেক সময় generic লাগে। Human edit না করলে client বুঝে ফেলে messageটা তার জন্য লেখা না।

Checklist

• Client-এর exact problem mention আছে?
• আপনার real proof বা process আছে?
• Over-polished phrase বাদ গেছে?
• Sentence short?
• One clear CTA আছে?
• Fake claim নেই?
• Private client data বা credential নেই?

Robotic phrase replace

• I am writing to express my interest -> I saw your project and can help with [result].
• I assure you high quality -> I will handle [specific part] and share updates by [time].
• Kindly revert back -> Please let me know what works best.

AI to human example

AI: Greetings, I am a professional developer with extensive experience.

Human: Hi [Name], I saw you need a cleaner WordPress landing page. I can help make the offer clearer and improve the mobile layout. Can you share the current link?

AI আপনার assistant। Final message আপনার responsibility। Client AI না, মানুষ hire করে।

Action Task

ChatGPT দিয়ে ১টা draft বানান, তারপর checklist দিয়ে human edit করুন।

Human edit before sending

AI draft পাওয়ার পর ৫ মিনিট edit করবেন। এই ৫ মিনিটই message-কে generic থেকে personal বানায়।

• Client name add করুন যদি জানা থাকে।
• Project type specific করুন।
• Fake experience remove করুন।
• Long sentence split করুন।
• One question রেখে বাকিগুলো বাদ দিন।
• নিজের tone-এ ১টা line add করুন।

Before: I am highly experienced and can provide exceptional results.

After: I can help clean up the landing page and make the CTA easier to notice on mobile. Can you share the current page link?

AI message যত polished হবে, তত বেশি edit দরকার হতে পারে। Human message সাধারণত shorter and more specific।

Privacy check before AI

AI tool-এ prompt দেওয়ার আগে sensitive detail remove করবেন। Client login, payment info, private business data, unreleased strategy, personal phone number, বা confidential file paste করবেন না।

Instead of: Rewrite this client message with login details.

Use: Rewrite this message for a client who needs help with a WordPress issue. Keep it short, polite, and clear.

Context দিতে হবে, কিন্তু private data না। এই balance না জানলে AI use risky হয়ে যায়।
