Prompt Blueprint: Context, Tone, Proof, CTA
AI-কে ভালো output পেতে হলে ভালো input দিতে হবে। Prompt Blueprint হলো ৪টা জিনিস: Context, Tone, Proof, CTA। এই চারটা থাকলে ChatGPT generic message না দিয়ে আপনার কাজের মতো, client-এর situation অনুযায়ী draft দিতে পারে।
Blueprint Overview
- Context: client কে, কী চায়, কোথায় message যাবে।
- Tone: friendly, confident, direct, warm, professional।
- Proof: আপনার relevant experience, process বা credibility।
- CTA: client কী reply করবে বা next step কী।

Prompt যত vague, output তত template. Prompt যত context-rich, output তত useful. AI-কে ভালো brief দেওয়া মানে junior teammate-কে ভালো instruction দেওয়া।
১. Context
Context ছাড়া AI guess করবে। তাই বলুন: platform, client type, project type, goal, limitation।
Client is a Shopify store owner from Fiverr. They need a homepage redesign because their current page feels cluttered and does not explain the main product clearly.
২. Tone
Tone না বললে AI অনেক সময় overly formal হয়ে যায়। Freelance message-এ usually দরকার friendly + confident + short।
Keep the tone friendly, calm, and confident. Avoid over-formal phrases like “esteemed client” or “utmost pleasure.”
৩. Proof
Proof মানে শুধু “I have 5 years experience” না। Process, specific result, similar project, niche understanding – এগুলোও proof। Fake number দেবেন না।
Mention that I usually start by simplifying the hero section, improving product benefit copy, and making the CTA easier to find.
৪. CTA
CTA না দিলে AI message সুন্দর হলেও conversation weak হয়। Prompt-এ বলে দিন শেষ line কী ধরনের হবে।
End with one simple question asking if they can share their current homepage link.
Full Prompt Example
Write a short Fiverr inbox reply. Context: client is a Shopify store owner who needs a homepage redesign because the current page is cluttered. Tone: friendly, direct, and confident. Proof: mention that I can simplify the hero section, improve product benefit copy, and make the CTA easier to find. CTA: end with one question asking for the current homepage link. Keep it under 90 words and avoid robotic phrases.

Privacy Filter
Prompt দেওয়ার আগে sensitive data remove করুন। Real client name দরকার না হলে “Client A” লিখুন। Password, token, private URL with credentials, payment screenshot, confidential document paste করবেন না।
Action Task
এই ৪-part blueprint দিয়ে ৩টা prompt লিখুন: Fiverr reply, Upwork proposal, LinkedIn DM. প্রতিটায় Context, Tone, Proof, CTA আলাদা করে label করুন।
Next Direction
Prompt ভালো হলে draft ভালো আসবে। কিন্তু final message human করা এখনো জরুরি। Next lesson-এ AI Message-কে Human Message বানানোর formula দেখবো।
Bad prompt থেকে client-ready prompt
AI lesson যেন generic না লাগে, তাই prompt লেখার সময় exact client context দিতে হবে। শুধু “write a proposal” দিলে AI আপনাকে safe কিন্তু robotic message দেবে।

Human edit rule
AI output পাওয়ার পর নিজের real proof, niche context, and natural line add করুন। কোনো fake number, fake experience, or private client detail যোগ করবেন না।
