Personal Swipe File বানানোর System
প্রতিবার নতুন message লিখতে গেলে সময় নষ্ট হয়। নিজের swipe file থাকলে আপনি দ্রুত reply দিতে পারবেন, কিন্তু copy-paste robot হবেন না।

- Clarification question
- Budget reply

Save করার rule
যে message ভালো কাজ করে, সেটা save করুন। কিন্তু next time পাঠানোর আগে context বদলাবেন।
Template: Thanks for reaching out. From what you shared, you need [result]. I can help with [specific support]. Could you share [one detail]?
Monthly cleanup
মাসে একবার পুরনো robotic template remove করুন। নতুন real conversation থেকে better lines add করুন।

Swipe file মানে shortcut, laziness না। ভালো swipe file আপনাকে faster করে, কিন্তু আপনার judgement লাগবেই।

আজকে ১০টা personal template category বানান। প্রতিটাতে ১টা starter message রাখুন।
Swipe file setup example
Swipe file Notion, Google Doc, Google Sheet, বা WordPress protected resource page-এ রাখা যায়। Important হলো category clear রাখা।
Category: Budget Reply
Situation: Client says price is high
Template: I understand the concern. For the full scope, the budget is [amount]. If you want to start smaller, we can begin with [smaller scope].
- Template title রাখুন।
- Situation লিখুন।
- Message লিখুন।
- When to use লিখুন।
- When not to use লিখুন।
এই system থাকলে learner শুধু copy করবে না, বুঝে use করবে।
Swipe file quality score
প্রতিটা saved template-কে ৫-এর মধ্যে score দিন। Specificity, clarity, tone, CTA, and safety। Score ৩-এর নিচে হলে template rewrite করবেন।
- Specificity: client problem আছে?
- Clarity: একবার পড়লে বোঝা যায়?
- Tone: respectful and calm?
- CTA: reply easy?
- Safety: platform/payment/privacy issue নেই?
এই scoring system swipe file-কে alive রাখে। না হলে পুরনো template জমে গিয়ে আবার generic হয়ে যায়।
