3A Formula কী?

Acknowledge + Answer + Ask Back

• Acknowledge: client-এর message পড়েছেন এবং বুঝেছেন সেটা দেখান.
• Answer: clear and relevant answer দিন.
• Ask Back: ছোট question করে conversation continue করুন.

Weak reply

Client: Do you have experience with WordPress?

Yes.

Technically ঠিক, but emotionally empty. Client বুঝতে পারে না আপনি interested কিনা, কী ধরনের কাজ করেছেন, next step কী.

Better reply using 3A

Thanks for asking. Yes, I’ve worked on several WordPress projects, including landing pages, speed optimization and WooCommerce setup. Could you share what type of WordPress help you need?

Breakdown

• Acknowledge: Thanks for asking.

3A formula real-time reply

3A Formula হলো Acknowledge, Answer, Ask Back। এটা especially useful যখন client দ্রুত reply চায়, কিন্তু আপনি full answer এখনই দিতে পারছেন না।
