One-Time Client-কে Repeat Client বানানোর Message

একটা project শেষ মানে relationship শেষ না। অনেক freelancer delivery দিয়ে থেমে যায়, তারপর আবার নতুন client খুঁজতে শুরু করে। কিন্তু smart freelancer project শেষ হওয়ার পর client-এর mind-এ একটা warm জায়গা রেখে যায়, যাতে future কাজ বা referral naturally আসে।

Repeat Client কেন Important?

নতুন client পেতে অনেক effort লাগে: profile, proposal, DM, negotiation, trust-building। কিন্তু পুরনো satisfied client already আপনাকে চেনে। আপনি যদি communication ঠিক রাখেন, সেই client আবার ফিরে আসতে পারে।

Bonus Value Message

Project শেষে ছোট helpful extra দিলে client আপনাকে মনে রাখে। সেটা free full work না; ছোট guide, checklist, tiny fix, বা handover note হতে পারে।

I also added a short note on how you can update the main section later. Thought it might save you time.

Follow-up Timing

• Project completion: warm close + future support.
• 7-15 days later: check if everything is working fine.
• 1-2 months later: share a small useful idea or improvement.

15-Day Check-in

Referral চাইতে পারেন, কিন্তু pressure না দিয়ে।

• প্রতিদিন follow-up।
• Client-এর response না পেলে guilt message।
• Free work দিয়ে future work ভিক্ষা করার vibe।

আপনার সাথে কাজ করে ভালো লেগেছে। ভবিষ্যতে update, নতুন page, বা similar কোনো help লাগলে আমাকে message দিতে পারেন। আবার একসাথে কাজ করতে পারলে ভালো লাগবে।

Action Task

আপনার last completed project-এর জন্য ৩টা message draft করুন: delivery close, 15-day check-in, referral request. Tone হবে warm, not needy.

সব client smooth হবে না। Next lesson-এ difficult client handle করার calm communication শিখবো।

Referral message strategy

Repeat client-এর পরের level হলো referral। Referral চাইতে হবে gratitude দিয়ে, pressure দিয়ে না। Client happy না হলে referral চাইবেন না। আগে delivery, support, and satisfaction নিশ্চিত করবেন।
