Payment pending থাকলে অনেক freelancer দুই extreme-এ যায়: কেউ চুপ থাকে, কেউ rude হয়ে যায়। দুইটাই problem। Professional freelancer payment নিয়ে clear, calm, documented এবং platform-safe থাকে।
Payment Follow-up-এর Rule
- Payment status আগে check করুন।
- Client-কে blame না করে reminder দিন।
- আপনার side থেকে কোনো blocker আছে কি না ask করুন।
- যথেষ্ট সময় গেলে platform policy অনুযায়ী escalate করুন।

Following up on the pending payment. If there’s any issue with the delivery or approval process, I’m happy to clarify and help resolve it.
Final Reminder
Hi [Name], this is a final friendly reminder regarding the pending payment. If I don’t hear back within the next 48 hours, I may need to follow the platform’s resolution process. I’d prefer to sort it out smoothly here if possible.
Platform-Safe Payment Note
Upwork fixed-price কাজ হলে funded milestone, submission, approval, pending/security hold এবং available balance-এর flow বুঝুন। Fiverr order হলে order status, completion, Resolution Center এবং support flow দেখুন। Payment issue হলে outside payment বা private pressure নয়; platform process follow করুন।
যা avoid করবেন
- Threat দিয়ে শুরু করা।
- “I need money urgently” বলা।
- Outside payment চাইতে বলা।
- Client publicly shame করা।
- Repeated message spam করা।
