Grammar important, কিন্তু freelancing communication-এর আসল power হলো clarity. Client perfect tense খোঁজে না; client খোঁজে clear answer, polite tone, and reliable next step.

Grammar pressure কেন সমস্যা তৈরি করে?

অনেক freelancer message লিখতে গিয়ে আটকে যায়: tense ঠিক হলো তো? article ভুল হলো না তো? sentence professional লাগছে তো? এই ভয় করতে করতে reply late হয়, আর client অন্য কাউকে hire করে ফেলে.

ভুল grammar avoid করা ভালো, কিন্তু unclear message সবচেয়ে বড় সমস্যা. Client যদি বুঝতেই না পারে আপনি কী বলছেন, তাহলে grammar perfect হলেও লাভ নেই.

Simple vs complicated

Complicated:

Simple:

Please let me know your thoughts.

দ্বিতীয়টা বেশি clean, human and easy.

Client কী দেখতে চায়

• আপনি তার question বুঝেছেন কিনা
• আপনি short and clear answer দিতে পারেন কিনা
• আপনার tone polite কিনা
• Next step আছে কিনা
• আপনি responsive কিনা

Tools ব্যবহার করবেন, কিন্তু অন্ধভাবে না

• Grammarly: spelling, grammar, tone check করতে help করে.
• Google Translate: Bangla thought থেকে first English draft করতে help করে.
• ChatGPT: rough message polite and professional করতে help করে.

Important: AI output সরাসরি পাঠাবেন না. Read করবেন, shorten করবেন, client-এর context add করবেন, নিজের voice রাখবেন.

AI privacy warning

Client-এর password, private file, API key, payment info, NDA content, business secret বা personal data AI tool-এ paste করবেন না. Sensitive info remove করে general context দিন.

English weak হলে shame করার কিছু নাই. Shame হলো practice না করা. প্রতিদিন ১০ মিনিট client message rewrite করলে ৩ মাস পর আপনি নিজের improvement নিজেই বুঝবেন.
