AI Message-কে Human Message বানানোর Formula

AI-generated message অনেক সময় grammatically perfect, কিন্তু emotionally flat। Client মানুষ, তাই final message-এ warmth, clarity, এবং real thinking লাগবে। এই lesson-এ AI draft human করার practical formula শিখবেন।

Human Formula

  1. Cut: robotic/formal line বাদ দিন।
  2. Context: client-specific detail যোগ করুন।
  3. Soften: pressure কমান, conversational word দিন।
  4. Proof: real experience/process যোগ করুন।
  5. You-focus: “I” কমিয়ে client outcome বাড়ান।

AI-এর message clean থাকে, কিন্তু অনেক সময় “too clean”। Freelancer হিসেবে আপনার কাজ হলো message-এ real voice আনা, যেন client বুঝে এই মানুষটা ভেবে লিখেছে।

Step ১: Robotic Line বাদ দিন

AI-এর কিছু line খুব common। এগুলো client বারবার দেখে।

  • “I am writing to express my interest”
  • “It would be my utmost pleasure”
  • “I assure you high-quality work”
  • “Please give me one chance”

Step ২: Client Context যোগ করুন

Message-এ client-এর exact situation ঢোকান।

Since this is for a coaching offer, the first section should explain the transformation before asking visitors to book a call.

Step ৩: Softer Conversation Tone

Pressure কমাতে “maybe”, “quick thought”, “if it helps”, “would you like” টাইপ phrase useful। তবে বেশি use করলে weak শোনাবে। Balance রাখুন।

Quick thought: we could make the offer clearer before changing the full design.

Step ৪: Real Proof যোগ করুন

Fake result বানাবেন না। Proof না থাকলে process বলুন।

My usual process is to first fix the message flow, then improve the layout, then test the mobile version.

Step ৫: Client Outcome Focus করুন

“I can do this” বারবার না বলে client কী পাবে সেটা বলুন।

You’ll have a page where visitors can understand the offer quickly and know exactly what to do next.

Final Human Check

  • Message কি aloud পড়লে natural শোনায়?
  • Client problem কি mention আছে?
  • কোনো fake claim আছে?
  • একটাই clear question আছে?
  • Message কি short enough?

Action Task

ChatGPT দিয়ে একটা message generate করুন। তারপর এই ৫-step formula দিয়ে rewrite করুন। Before/After দুটো save করুন, কারণ এগুলো Topic 8-এর Template Vault-এ কাজে লাগবে।
