Freelance message-এর ৮০% situation handle করার জন্য ৩টা simple structure অনেক কাজে লাগে: Can I, I can, and Please. এগুলো simple, polite, and client-friendly.
Structure 1: Can I + verb
Use করবেন যখন help offer করতে চান বা permission নিয়ে question করতে চান.
- Can I help you with this?
- Can I send you a quick draft?
- Can I ask a few questions before we begin?
- Can I check the current website first?
Bangla meaning: “আমি কি এটা করতে/জিজ্ঞেস করতে/দেখতে পারি?”
Structure 2: I can + verb
Use করবেন capability, plan, or availability বোঝাতে.
- I can finish this in 2 days.
- I can improve the speed of your site.
- I can start right away if you’re ready.
- I can share a few relevant samples.
Bangla meaning: “আমি এটা করতে পারব.”
Structure 3: Please + verb
Use করবেন polite request, reminder, or next step দেওয়ার সময়.
- Please share the details when you’re ready.
- Please check the design and share feedback.
- Please send the file before I begin.
- Please let me know your thoughts.
Bangla meaning: “দয়া করে জানান/পাঠান/দেখুন.”

Simple structure মানে beginner-level না. Simple structure মানে client-এর জন্য easy. Client busy. সে আপনার vocabulary test নিতে আসে নাই. সে বুঝতে চায় আপনি help করতে পারবেন কিনা.

৩টা structure কোথায় use করবেন
Can I, I Can, Please তিনটা structure মুখস্থ করার জন্য না। এগুলো situation বুঝে use করবেন। ভুল জায়গায় structure use করলে message awkward লাগে।
- Can I: clarification দরকার হলে। Example: Can I see the current website first?
- I Can: confidence দেখাতে হলে। Example: I can help redesign the homepage and make the offer clearer.
- Please: polite request করতে হলে। Example: Please share the login only after the order/contract is active.
