Delay হলে Message
Delay হলে silence সবচেয়ে বড় mistake। Short, honest, specific update দিন। Excuse বড় করবেন না।

Revision Request Handle
Client revision চাইলে defensive হবেন না। আগে acknowledge করুন, তারপর specific detail চান।

Offer Extra বা Scope Increase
