Greeting + Problem + Confidence Formula
ভালো client message কোনো magic line না। এটা একটা simple structure। আপনি যদি Greeting + Problem + Confidence formula follow করেন, তাহলে আপনার message বেশি human, relevant এবং professional শোনাবে।
Formula
- Greeting: respectful কিন্তু natural opening।
- Problem: client কী চাচ্ছে সেটা নিজের ভাষায় mention করা।
- Confidence: আপনি কীভাবে help করতে পারবেন সেটা calmভাবে বলা।
- CTA: ছোট একটা next step রাখা।
১. Greeting: Human লাগতে হবে
Greeting মানে শুধু “Dear sir” না। Client-এর name থাকলে use করুন। না থাকলে simple professional greeting দিন। অতিরিক্ত formal বা অতিরিক্ত casual হওয়া দরকার নেই।

২. Problem: Client বুঝুক আপনি পড়েছেন
Client description থেকে exact problem pick করুন। সে landing page চাইলে শুধু “I can build website” বলবেন না। বলুন সে কী outcome চাচ্ছে।
I noticed you need a landing page that loads fast and clearly explains your coaching offer.
৩. Confidence: Desperate না, capable
Confidence দেখানোর সময় “I am the best” টাইপ line avoid করুন। বরং similar work, process বা approach mention করুন।

Common Mistake
অনেকে message-এ “I can do it” লিখে থেমে যায়। Client তখন বুঝতে পারে না আপনি কীভাবে করবেন, কেন আপনাকে trust করবে, আর next step কী। তাই formula complete করুন।
Action Task
আপনার niche অনুযায়ী এই formula দিয়ে ৩টা message লিখুন: একটা Fiverr inbox-এর জন্য, একটা Upwork proposal-এর জন্য, একটা LinkedIn DM-এর জন্য।
Next Direction
Message ভালো হলেও reply আসবে না, যদি শেষ line দুর্বল হয়। Next lesson-এ আমরা CTA Secret দেখবো।
Emotion দিয়ে connection, strategy দিয়ে conversion
শুধু formula দিলে message mechanical লাগে। আবার শুধু emotion দিলে message soft হয় কিন্তু client action নেয় না। Best client message-এ দুইটা জিনিস থাকে: emotion দিয়ে client feel করে আপনি care করেন, strategy দিয়ে client বুঝে আপনি কাজটা সামলাতে পারবেন।
