Client tone detect করার system
Client কেমন tone-এ কথা বলছে সেটা বুঝতে পারলে reply অনেক সহজ হয়। কেউ direct, কেউ friendly, কেউ technical, কেউ confused। সবার জন্য একই tone কাজ করে না।
চার ধরনের client tone
- Direct client: short answer চায়।
- Confused client: simple explanation চায়।
- Technical client: detail এবং process চায়।
- Busy client: fast summary এবং next step চায়।
Reply rule
Client যেভাবে কথা বলে, আপনার reply তার কাছাকাছি রাখুন। বেশি fancy English দিলে অনেক সময় trust কমে যায়।

ভালো communicator হওয়া মানে বেশি কথা বলা না। সঠিক tone-এ সঠিক কথা বলা।
